The news is reverberating around Europe this evening after Vice-President Adriano Galliani flew out to Madrid for talks.
Cadena Ser and Sky Sport Italia both claim Kaka has agreed a two-year contract with the Rossoneri.
Real Madrid are due to release him for free, which could either mean terminating the contract by mutual consent or letting Kaka go on a two-year loan.
It remains to be seen whether LA Galaxy are involved, as it was also reported this morning that the MLS club would take Kaka on loan in March when their season begins.
