The midfielder was invited to the Festa della Dea on July 14 and paraded in the square on top of a tank along with Atalanta legend Glenn Stromberg.
However, the tank then crushed two cars painted in the colours and symbols of their rival clubs Roma and Brescia.
Migliaccio insisted he did not know about the cars and this was an event set up by the ultras rather than officially Atalanta.
Nonetheless, Migliaccio and the club have been deferred to the Disciplinary Commission for bringing the game into disrepute.
