The Gazzetta dello Sport today suggested that Erick Thohir was ready to pay €300m for such a stake in the San Siro giants.

The report added that a deal was close and that negotiations would be held in the next few days to finalise details.

“No, there is no meeting planned,” the oil baron stated outside of his Saras offices in the city of Milan today.
