The 22-year-old attacking midfielder made just seven Serie A appearances, plus five in other competitions, for Napoli last season.
As for Bovo, he will be at pre-season training on Tuesday on loan from Genoa.
The 30-year-old defender has already played for Torino with seven appearances and one goal in 2007-08.
