There are reports Milan have reached a deal with Sampdoria to sign half of midfielder Andrea Poli.
Sky Sport Italia and La Gazzetta dello Sport claim the clubs came to an agreement this evening, although there is one more step to go before it can be completed.
In exchange, Milan would hand over cash plus co-ownership of Polish international defender Bartosz Salamon.
If Salamon is unable to agree personal terms with Sampdoria, then the Rossoneri would have to include co-ownership of two youth team players.
