Daniele De Rossi will reportedly only resolve his position at Roma once he has held talks with new Coach Rudi Garcia.
The midfielder is understood to have met with sporting director Walter Sabatini yesterday, having returned to the peninsula from international duty in Brazil at the Confederations Cup.
A number of outlets report that the 20-minute meeting saw the two discuss Roma’s plans for the coming season and new tactician Garcia’s philosophy and tactics, and the possible role in mind for the Capitan Futuro.
It is believed that during these talks De Rossi indicated his willingness to remain with the club, but that until his situation is completely clear after talks to come with Garcia, he is also open to listening to offers from other clubs, should they arrive this summer.
