Moratti 'calm' over police raid

Inter President Massimo Moratti has refused to comment on revelations today that Italy's financial police raided the offices of football clubs.

41 clubs saw their offices taken over by police this morning, as officials look into possible tax evasion and money laundering by calcio clubs.

The Nerazzurri owner however, has insisted that the San Siro side have nothing to worry about.

“It was not a raid,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “But an acquisition of documents.

“I am very calm about it.

“We will try to understand better [what the police are looking for].”
