Another 10 teams must go through an extra round first with the losing five going into the Europa League.
These sides are Zenit (Russia), PSV Eindhoven (Holland), Metalist Kharkiv (Ukraine), Fenerbahce (Turkey), Nordsjaelland (Denmark), Zulte-Waregem (Belgium), Lyon (France), Pas Giannina (Greece), Grasshopper (Switzerland) and Salzburg (Austria).
Milan are among the seeds with Arsenal, Schalke, Lyon and Zenit, so these teams cannot face each other.
The Rossoneri’s biggest risks in the draw will be Real Sociedad, Fenerbahce, PSV and Pacos de Ferreira.
