Fiorentina star Adem Ljajic has lost his appeal to have the two-match ban reduced, but Mauricio Pinilla’s suspension is cut.
The young Viola striker was handed the punishment after the 1-0 defeat to Roma on Saturday evening.
He went to Rome today in order to present his case to the appeal, but it was rejected by the Disciplinary Commission.
Ljajic was accused of insulting the officials following the final whistle.
Pinilla was more successful, as his three-match ban has been reduced to two on appeal.
The Cagliari striker was sent off for a violent challenge against Udinese, so will be back for the weekend encounter with Juventus.
