Tommaso Rocchi has admitted that the chance to join Inter during the winter transfer window was 'an intriguing one'.
The veteran striker signed from Lazio in January, and the 35-year-old has conceded that it was too good an opportunity to miss.
“It was not easy coming from Lazio because I played so many games there and I'd become an idol,” he told Inter Channel.
“But I'm happy I decided to come here, I wanted a new challenge and they don't come much bigger or more intriguing than Inter.
“When I first arrived here at Inter and had a few problems getting adjusted.
“Certainly the season was difficult at the beginning. The fans are right to get angry and criticise, but you can still sense their support even in moments like these.”
