Hamsik hails extraordinary Napoli

It has still been a season to remember for Napoli despite their failure to win the Scudetto, says Marek Hamsik.

The Azzurri began the campaign with title aspirations, but Juventus now need just a point from their last four games to retain the championship.

“There are no Scudetto regrets,” the Slovakian international told Sky Sport Italia. “Second place is still a really important achievement.

“We’ve had an extraordinary campaign, but, unfortunately, Juventus have been better than us.”

The attacking midfielder also underlined that he will have another go at winning Serie A with the San Paolo outfit next season.

“I’m staying here,” he noted. “I’m happy here and I like Naples.”
