Udinese defender Danilo has admitted that his side are in prime position to finish in a Europa League place come the end of the season.
The Zebrette beat Cagliari on Saturday to move to sixth in the table, just one point behind Roma in fifth.
And the Brazilian centre-back has insisted that his team, if they focus on themselves, can fight for a place in Europe next term.
“In defence we have been playing well, but the whole team has found a nice balance,” he told Messagero Veneto.
“The results have been very positive at the moment and we are back in the block of teams fighting for a place in Europe.
“It's difficult to pick a single name amongst Roma, Lazio and Inter [who could also challenge].
“I think it certainly helps that the two Roman teams are in the Coppa Italia final – perhaps they'll waster more energy from a mental point of view.
“We just have to think about ourselves though and try to win as many games as possible.”
