The Nerazzurri are in the middle of an injury crisis with Javier Zanetti and Matias Silvestre the latest players to be ruled out for the rest of the campaign.

“In these games we need to play where the Coach wants us and where the team most needs it,” he stated.

“We’ve had a lot of injuries and we need to give our all in whichever part of the pitch is necessary.”

The Beneamata currently have 15 first team players who are sidelined. They face a tricky trip to Napoli next weekend.

The San Siro giants were beaten by Palermo on Sunday, their fourth loss from their last five in the Italian top flight.
