Fiorentina forward Adem Ljajic has claimed that he will only think about a contract renewal at the end of the season.
The 22-year-old has had an inconsistent campaign so far, scoring just five goals in 22 appearances – and sees his current deal end in June 2014.
But the Serbian striker has insisted that he wants improve as a player, and will only think about re-signing in the summer.
“We are always thinking about the next game,” he told firenzeviola.it. “I am the same. Everyone dreams about becoming a great player, and I am no different.
“I do not know [about a renewal]. I am only thinking match-by-match.
“At the end of the season we will see what happens.”
