The Gazzetta dello Sport, the Corriere dello Sport and Tuttosport all rated Mario Balotelli as Italy’s best player in the 2-2 draw with Brazil.
Although the Milan man only rated his own performance as 6 out of 10, the three big sports newspapers all gave him a 7.5.
The pagelle given to the Azzurri were all pretty uniform across the publications, although there were different opinions of Christian Maggio and Mattia De Sciglio.
The Napoli full-back was awarded a 5.5, a 6 and a 6.5, while the Milan debutant was handed a 6.5 by the Gazzetta but only a 5 by the two other newspapers.
