There are strong reports that Milan have reached a deal with Genoa to sign midfielder Juraj Kucka.

The rumours had linked him with a transfer to San Siro for several months and it seems to be materialising over the summer.

Tuttosport claim the Rossoneri have agreed personal terms with Kucka for a five-year contract worth €1.2m per season plus performance-related bonuses.

The transfer fee is expected to be around €5m for the ex-Sparta Prague midfielder.

It would be only the latest deal between the two clubs, as Genoa have also provided Milan with Kevin-Prince Boateng, Stephan El Shaarawy and Kevin Constant among others in recent years.

Kucka is a 26-year-old Slovakia international who has been at Genoa since January 2011, scoring three goals and providing three assists in 26 Serie A games this season.
