The Nerazzurri were humiliated at White Hart Lane in the Europa League Round of 16 and the second leg is next Thursday.
“We have to just forget this game,” Alvaro Pereira told Mediaset.
“There are still 90 minutes to go and we must work to fight back and get through this round.
“Every match is different, we have faith that we can turn this result around.”
Gareth Bale and Pereira will both be suspended for the second leg.
