Pescara have solved their Coach crisis by hiring Bruno Nobili to act as ‘mentor’ to new tactician Cristian Bucchi.

The club saw Giovanni Stroppa resign, then fired Cristiano Bergodi on Sunday, promoting Bucchi from the Primavera youth team.

However, Bucchi does not have the necessary certificate to be a Serie A Coach, so only has permission from the Lega to be on the bench for 30 days.

Pescara have apparently solved this problem by bringing in Nobili as their ‘official’ Coach, effectively working in conjunction with Bucchi.

Nobili has been on the benches of lower league sides such as Avezzano, L’Aquila, Maceratese, Gualdo Tadino, Castel di Sangro and Fiorenzuola.
