The agent of Marco Verratti has quickly shot down links with Milan. “I don’t think he’ll leave Paris Saint-Germain.”
The young Italian international is thought to be high on the wish list of Juventus, but Milan chief Silvio Berlusconi has today confirmed that they like the look of the midfielder.
“If that is the case then he’ll have to talk with Paris Saint-Germain and he has an excellent relationship with PSG director Leonardo,” Donato Di Campli told TMW on Tuesday.
“In my opinion, though, Marco will not be returning to Italy,” the representative continued. “He is a very important player for the Paris club and he has married their project.”
