Hernanes has been given the all-clear to play for Lazio against Napoli on Saturday evening with a protective helmet.
The Brazilian was knocked unconscious by a clash of heads with Juventus midfielder Luca Marrone during last week’s Coppa Italia semi-final.
He had originally been ruled out for up to a month, but today’s MRI scan showed no damage and he was given permission to resume full training.
Hernanes will be able to play on Saturday evening with the aid of a protective helmet, as he has numerous stitches on his forehead.
