Germany national team assistant Oliver Bierhoff has admitted that a friendly against Italy is being talked about for later this year.
The former Milan striker has claimed that Die Mannschaft would like to face Cesare Prandelli's side in November, with two FIFA international fixtures dates available on November 15 and 19.
“During the month of August we are planning to arrange a friendly against Brazil,” he told reporters.
“And then in November we want to play England and Italy.”
The last time the two sides met, the Azzurri came out 2-1 winners in the semi-final of Euro 2012.
