The Rossoblu are in the relegation zone and were beaten 2-0 at the Bentegodi when these sides met in August.

“We’ve got to improve from the last 19 games,” said the Coach at the halfway point of the campaign.

“That starts from this match. It didn’t go well in the opening round in Verona, but we intend to begin with a different tempo.

“We know their mentality won’t give us any gifts, so we have to be good and fight our way to a result. It’ll require determination and sharpness, because we are facing an arduous obstacle to overcome.

“Bologna have the right motivation to do well, if we prove ourselves to be more incisive and dangerous in attack.”

This is a particularly tough task for the Felsinei, as Archimede Morleo and Tiberio Guarente are suspended, while Henry Gimenez, Saphir Taider and Cesare Natali are injured.
