Sky Sport Italia are claiming that Juventus have done a deal with Botafogo for Matheus Macedo Doria.
The Old Lady have been monitoring the Brazilian teenager for some months and a transfer fee has apparently already been agreed.
The Turin giants will hand over €4.2m for the 18-year-old, although it is unclear when he will move to Italy.
Reports suggest that the South American defender will either arrive next month – and then be loaned out to a smaller club – or he’ll join Juve directly in the summer.
The Botafogo youth system product is a left-footed player who can be used in a four or a three-man rear-guard.
