The Giallorossi are flying high with six wins from their last seven official games and American businessman Pallotta soaked up the Stadio Olimpico atmosphere.

“There will be updates soon on the new stadium,” he told RaiSport. “The Olimpico is a super venue and provides a phenomenal welcome for the team, but it is too old now.”

The long-awaited law to help clubs build their own stadiums has stalled in the Italian Parliament and looks set to expire before it can even be voted on.

Roma are among those sides working out plans to construct a new stadium and it’s believed the site picked is in the Tor del Valle region of the city.

Meanwhile, the Giallorossi will go on an American tour during the Christmas break from December 28 to January 3, training in the Disney premises in Orlando, Florida.
