Roma have appointed Italo Zanzi as their new chief executive, replacing Mark Pannes in the role.

The 38-year-old New York-born administrator has previously worked as Deputy Secretary General at CONCACAF and also as marketing vice-President at Major League Baseball.

A Press conference will be held later this afternoon as he is formally introduced.
