Nicola Legrottaglie says he has no plans to retire once his contract at Catania expires in the summer.
The 36-year-old is only tied to the outfit until June, but he wants to continue playing after scoring one goal in 14 League games so far this term.
“At my age, you are limited by your mental approach and your body,” the former Chievo, Juventus and Milan man noted after netting in the 3-1 loss to the latter.
“If you feel good inside then you feel good on the outside too. Until I have problems, I want to continue playing.
“A renewal? That is not a question for me. I am just concentrating on doing my bit and then, if I’m offered something, I will take it in consideration.”
