Parma forward Nicola Sansone was delighted after the final whistle as his side defeated Inter 1-0 thanks to his wonder goal.
The 21-year-old scored with 15 minutes remaining at Stadio Ennio Tardini and admitted that the Crociati deserved to beat Andrea Stramaccioni's men.
“I am very happy that we won and with my goal,” he told reporters. “From I saw on the pitch, the team deserved to win.
“I received a pass from Amauri, saw the space and just threw myself into it. I got the box, shot, and luckily scored.”
