Palermo chief Maurizio Zamparini has offered boss Gian Piero Gasperini some advice. “Fabrizio Miccoli and Paulo Dybala can co-exist.”

Gasperini recently insisted that the two forward players would never be fielded together from the start in his Rosanero side.

“I don’t play with two goalkeepers…” the 3-4-3 tactician stated. “You could see Miccoli and Dybala together in the closing stages of a game, but never from the first minute.”

Dybala is a 19-year-old Argentine who has scored two goals in seven League games so far this season. While veteran Miccoli has four in 11.

“I think they can play together,” Zamparini noted. “They are two players with enough talent that they could sell it. They would be quality.”

Palermo host Sicilian rivals Catania in Serie A on Saturday night.
