“My contract expires on December 31. It is a fairytale for Neapolitans to play for Napoli and I always follow their progress. I also keep an eye on my old club Genoa,” he told Il Mattino.
“Would I cut my wages to push through a deal with Napoli? I don’t earn that much… Anyway, we can easily talk about it.
“Edinson Cavani is hugely impressive. I’d put him straight after Leo Messi in terms of today’s best strikers.”
