Forgotten Juventus striker Vincenzo Iaquinta has no intention of rescinding his contract with the Italian champions.

There have been suggestions that the 32-year-old could be released from his agreement, which expires in June 2013, to facilitate a January switch.

But agent Claudio Pasqualin doubts that will happen – even though his client is not part of the first team squad in Turin.

“A rescission is not necessary,” Pasqualin told Radio Kiss Kiss. “That’s because Juventus wouldn’t reject any offer for him because they don’t want to keep him.

“A move to Napoli? That option disappeared a long time ago and I think it would be very complicated for those set of circumstances to re-appear.”

The 2006 World Cup winner, who spent part of last season on loan at Cesena, reportedly earns €3m a season at Vinovo.
