Torino boss Giampiero Ventura has hinted at the possibility of signing either Eduardo Vargas or Mauro Zarate in January.
Il Toro have been linked with a striker in the winter transfer window, and the 64-year-old Coach has confirmed he would be interested in the Napoli or Lazio forward.
“They are both excellent players,” he told Calcio News. “I like both of them. They have excellent technical abilities.
“It is too early to say anything conclusive though. January is still far away.”
Vargas has had a torrid time this season, having started not a single Serie A game and failing to find the net for the Partenopei.
Zarate meanwhile has found starts hard to come by in the capital, playing just one League game this term.
