Strama: 'Inter growing game by game'

Andrea Stramaccioni sees Inter “growing game by game” after fighting back against Sampdoria and climbing into second place.

The Nerazzurri were 1-0 down at the break, but secured a 3-2 victory at San Siro this evening to leapfrog Napoli in the table.

“We are growing game by game and today the performance showed important signs in terms of our style of play,” said the Coach.

“I really liked the second half and must compliment my lads. In the first half we struggled a little too much, more than was necessary.

“In any case, now we have proved that we have a very able forward line, but going into second place does not change our objectives.

“There is a lot of hunger in the side and we want to improve even more.”

On Saturday Inter go into a top of the table showdown with Juventus in Turin.

“Thankfully there are only two days to prepare, so we don’t have to answer questions constantly!”
