One-time Juventus striker Darko Kovacevic believes Mirko Vucinic is a better striker than Edinson Cavani.
The Bianconeri face Napoli this weekend in a top-of-the-table clash, and the 38-year-old forward is of the opinion that his countryman is a better player than the Uruguay international.
“Vucinic and Cavani are both great players,” he told Radio Kiss Kiss. “But I prefer the Montenegrin. I hope that Juve can beat Napoli.”
He also commented on Nicklas Bendtner's move from Arsenal to Turin over the summer, and the impact it could have on Antonio Conte's side.
“Bendtner is a good player, but it is going to be difficult for him to find a space in the team. Although I am sure he will make some sort of contribution.”
