Emiliano Viviano thinks the criticism over his early performances for Fiorentina have been a bit excessive.
The custodian joined his boyhood club in the summer after spending the second half of 2011-12 at Palermo.
The Viola were beaten 2-1 at Napoli in the last round and the Italian international was blamed by some for the goals he conceded.
“I’m not saying that I should not be criticised because I am a Fiorentina fan, but there are boundaries,” he underlined.
“I don’t think that I made any really bad mistakes and I’m not immune to critique, but I just want to be judged like everyone else…”
Fiorentina entertain Catania in Week 3.
