The Venezualan striker passed his medical today and put pen to paper on a loan deal with option to buy at the end of the season.
Arteaga is only 18 years old, but has already impressed enough to make this switch to Serie A.
He has played for Venezuela at Under-17, Under-20 and senior level.
Arteaga was on trial with Liverpool and Fiorentina” data-scaytid=”19″>Fiorentina in 2011, but they did not take up their options.
