He will be at the stadium this evening to salute the fans and his teammates ahead of the Europa League play-off with Vaslui.
It was confirmed by his wife Susana, who tweeted “I won’t be there, as I am already looking for schools in London. Mission impossible!”
Maicon could well be waving to supporters too, as it is widely reported in Italy that he has agreed a transfer to Manchester City for around €4m.
