The brother and agent of Torino’s Rolando Bianchi confirms the player will not be leaving the side this summer.
The 29-year-old striker has been at the Granata since 2008, scoring 60 goals in 137 appearances.
“President Urbano Cairo is willing to extend my brother’s contract? Good, we anxiously await a meeting… until now there’s been little that’s concrete,” Riccardo Bianchi told Itasportpress.
“In fact, the only certainty is that Rolando continues his adventure in the Granata jersey and will continue to sweat until he has that Torino shirt on his shoulders.”
Torino finished second in Serie B last season, earning automatic promotion to Italy’s top flight.
Bianchi led his side with 19 goals in 33 matches last campaign.
