Serie A new boys Torino have signed Mario Alberto Santana from Napoli ahead of the 2012-13 campaign.

The winger has joined the Granata on loan and the club also have the option to net him outright next summer.

Santana, 30, joined Napoli last July on a Bosman free transfer from Fiorentina, but left for a six-month loan spell at Cesena in January after appearing in just 11 games for the Azzurri.

The Argentine has also featured for Venezia, Palermo and Chievo.
