The agent of Giampaolo Pazzini has denied that the Inter striker will be sold back to one of his former clubs.

Sampdoria and Fiorentina were thought to be keeping an eye on their ex-employee, but Pazzini seemingly has no interest in departing Inter.

Representative Davide Torchia told Sportitalia: “He will not be leaving the city of Milan and will continue wearing Inter’s shirt.

“You can exclude any alleged interest from Sampdoria or Fiorentina.”

The 27-year-old striker, who has played for the Nerazzurri for 18 months, only managed a paltry return of five goals in 33 League appearances this season which resulted in his exclusion from Italy’s Euro 2012 squad.

His poor form has led to suggestions that Inter are willing to listen to offers for him, especially after they swooped for Genoa’s Rodrigo Palacio and showed an interest in re-signing Mattia Destro following his efforts at Siena in 2011-12.
