Bologna boss Stefano Pioli has identified which player he wants to replace Marco Di Vaio with at the Stadio Dall’Ara.

The club captain left the Rossoblu last month after agreeing a deal with Canadian MLS outfit Montreal Impact.

Finding a suitable replacement is high on Bologna’s to-do-list this summer and Pioli wants Antonio Floro Flores from Udinese.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Pioli has asked his club for the former Napoli player and talks have already begun.

The 28-year-old was valued at around €6m during the last transfer session, but the Dall’Ara outfit are hoping to net him for half that amount now.

The ex-Italian Under-21 international scored just four goals in 26 League games for the Zebrette in 2011-12.

Di Vaio, 35, netted 10 in 37.
