The Under-21 international played on loan at Pescara this season and was decisive in helping them top the table to secure promotion into Serie A.

“He is wanted by many sides, as requests have above all come in from English, French and some top Italian clubs,” agent Fabio Andreotti told Radio Goal.

“We are working only with clubs who are prepared to take him on loan. I spoke to the Napoli directors a few weeks ago and they confirmed the idea of letting him get experience in another mid-table team so he can return to Napoli when he’s ready.

“We have also received proposals from clubs who want to buy out Lorenzo, but we have a commitment with Napoli and will not take those into consideration.”

There were reports Insigne would be recalled to the San Paolo immediately if Ezequiel Lavezzi completes his expected transfer to PSG.

“We are working to help the lad grow and keep his feet on the ground. His contract expires in 2016 and we are discussing a potential wage adjustment with extension.”
