The former Nerazzurri defender has been heavily linked with a return to San Siro as a tactician should Andrea Stramaccioni not be confirmed.

Blanc is currently the manager of France, but his future beyond Euro 2012 is up in the air, as his contract is due to expire.

“If a big foreign club were to contact me, it’s probable I would decide to accept,” he told French media TF1.

“Our results at the Euros will not affect my decision, as my desire to train the national team has not been diminished.”
