Stefano Sorrentino is ready to end his career at Chievo unless a top club steps forward for his services.
The talented goalkeeper, now 33, is contracted to the Stadio Bentegodi outfit until the summer of 2014.
Sorrentino has regularly been linked with a Gialloblu exit, but moves to the likes of Juventus and Palermo have fell through in the recent past.
“I would like to end my career at Chievo,” he told Radio Kiss Kiss. “Saying that, you can’t reject a call from a big club.”
The former Torino custodian, who has been at Verona since his 2008 switch from AEK Athens, has played in all 36 League games this term.
Sorrentino also has international ambitions despite his age and the fact that he has never been selected for Italy.
