Juventus director Fabio Paratici was in Turkey last night to discuss the €15m Merih Demiral deal and meet with Paul Pogba.

According to La Stampa, Paratici was in the stands for Turkey’s 2-0 victory over France in a Euro 2020 qualifier last night, to watch both Demiral and Pogba.

The Bianconeri have practically agreed terms with Sassuolo for the 21-year-old Turkish defender at €15m plus bonuses, despite Atletico Madrid recently reportedly making the Neroverdi a €25m offer.

According to La Stampa, Paratici was in the stands for Turkey’s 2-0 victory over France in a Euro 2020 qualifier last night, to watch both Demiral and Pogba.

The Bianconeri have practically agreed terms with Sassuolo for the 21-year-old Turkish defender at €15m plus bonuses, despite Atletico Madrid recently reportedly making the Neroverdi a €25m offer.

The intention had been to leave him at Sassuolo for another year to mature, but the fantastic performance against World Cup winners France may well have changed their minds.

Meanwhile, La Stampa also reports that Paratici was in Konya last night to watch over France international Pogba, who remains a possible transfer target this summer.

It’s suggested the pair might’ve had the opportunity to exchange a few words after the game.

If Pogba does leave Manchester United this summer, then he has offers on the table from Real Madrid and PSG too.
