Inter have completed the signing of defender Milan Skriniar from Sampdoria on a five-year contract.
Skriniar joins for a reported €18m, with winger Gianluca Caprari having already gone the other way.
A statement on the Nerazzurri’s official website also highlights how the Slovakian “was involved in the European Under-21 Championship, starting all three of his his side’s matches in Poland and recording a tournament high 13 clearances” and “also made UEFA’s team of the tournament.”

The 22-year-old moved to Samp in January 2016 for just €1m and made 38 appearances for the Blucerchiati, 35 of which came last season.
He becomes their second major signing of the summer after goalkeeper Daniele Padelli.
